This Master’s program is designed for healthcare professionals (dental hygienists, nurses, midwives, or speech therapists) seeking to develop competencies in the formulation of suspected diagnoses, as well as in the prevention and treatment of specific pathologies affecting the soft and hard tissues of the oral cavity.
We have designed the course by condensing the theoretical portion into six days throughout the 2024/2025 academic year.
Each day will cover different topics, providing new perspectives for your daily clinical practice.
The lectures will always take place on a Saturday (morning and afternoon) once a month from December 2025 to May 2026, with a mandatory attendance requirement of 70%.
The theoretical component will be complemented by a practical section, where you will have the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the lectures.
We consider practical experience to be fundamental for gaining proficiency in the subject matter addressed in this Master’s program. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to work alongside tutors and senior clinicians at the Oral Pathology and Medicine outpatient clinic of the Dental Clinic at the University Hospital of Padua.
You may select your attendance days from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). Each day will be dedicated to different outpatient activities, enabling you to comprehensively explore various aspects of pathology according to your interests.
The final exam will be an oral test.
