The Master’s Degree in Management of Public and Private Enterprises, Legal Matters and Digitisation is an advanced, multi-disciplinary training course. It delves into legal, economic, methodological and managerial aspects to help attendees develop the skills required to take on leadership and management roles in Public Administrations and in the private sector.

Purpose of the Master is developing professionals who can expand traditional boundaries, and who are capable of interacting effectively with the public and private sector.

The Master prepares young graduates, professionals and enterprises to tackle the challenges brought forward by the global market and digitisation, and the new confrontational paradigms on Compliance, Risk & Business Continuity Management, with a view of creating an integrated corporate management system. Moreover, it can be seen as a professional redevelopment and retraining tool, for professionals employed in the public contracting sector.

The Master’s Degree in Management of Public and Private Enterprises, Legal Matters and Digitisation provides theoretical-practical training and develops advanced managerial skills with multi-disciplinary expertise (management, ethics, legal, IT, organisation and strategy). It trains professionals who can solve the issues that arise in contexts with a very dynamic technological and market background, where creativity and leadership should be combined with the ability to tackle complex strategic, managerial and organisational matters.

The Course prepares professionals who can manage complex tender procedures, ensure transparency in the public and private sector, and exploit the opportunities provided by digitisation to improve decision-making processes and reduce corruption and other illegal practices.

The Master comprises several modules that combine theoretical sessions and hands-on experience, according to a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach based on frontal lectures and the analysis of significant case studies, standards and best practices. The annual program includes 300 hours of theoretical and hands-on activities (including some online sessions). The Course will be completed by an internship (supplementary to the lectures and the seminars) at one of the Master’s partners.
