To pre-enroll for the Master’s programs in the area of Finance, Law and International Relations, it is necessary to fill out the application within the Cineca platform. The following instructions will guide the user to the correct submission of the application.

The pre-enrollment procedure is binding to proceed with the Master’s program enrollment.

Compilation tips

  • check the Master of Interest selection notice for the required documents to be attached and keep them available
  • Use a workstation equipped with a printer and scanner

Please note: In case of access through SPID, no signature will be required when submitting the application, but it is still necessary to proceed with the submission of the application, under penalty of exclusion from admission to the Course.

Estimated time frame for compilation

The procedure takes about 30 minutes to complete.

Log on to https://pica.cineca.it/login using one of the following methods:

If you do not have any of the above credentials, you can proceed with a new registration (https://pica.cineca.it/register/).

  • Link to the dedicated page via the button below and click on “Manage applications” and then on “Fill out a new application.”

PRE-ENROLL

  • To begin filling in the application, click on “Application for admission to selective procedure” and continue filling in. Clicking on “Save and Continue” will automatically redirect the user to the next steps of the procedure. Complete each section with the required information.

Please note

  • The “Master Data and Contact Information” section will be pre-filled with the data retrieved during login (SPID/UNIPD-SSO) or entered during the registration process in PICA. Complete any missing data.
  • In the section “Automatic retrieval of admission titles,” if the user has logged in with SPID or UNIPD-SSO credentials, clicking on the “search” button will allow the user to retrieve his or her titles. In the case of new registration, the user will have to manually fill in the “Enter admission titles” section.
  • To complete the application, you will necessarily need to upload a copy of a valid ID and updated curriculum vitae. Some Master’s degrees may require the uploading of other documents in addition to those listed above. The additional documents are specified in the individual Master’s degree card within the selection notice.

Once completed, the user will be on the dashboard, where the status of the application will show as “in draft.”

The user is then asked to click on “Verify” to check that the data entered is correct.

After verification, return to the dashboard and proceed to pay the 30.00 euro through PagoPA (https://www.unipd.it/pago-pa).
Once this method is selected, the PagoPA system will prompt the user to select the online payment method.

Please note: Please note that the pre-registration fee of 30.00 euros is mandatory for each application submitted and is non-refundable. Therefore, it will only be possible to confirm and sign the application once the payment is settled. At that time it will also be possible to download the relevant receipt.

Once payment has been made, return to the dashboard and proceed with signing the application by clicking on the “Signature” button.

At this point, if the application has been submitted correctly, its status will change from “in draft/to be signed” to “submitted.”

Please note: Once the application is reported as submitted, you will no longer be able to edit it.
